It’s been a while since you have heard from me on this page.  Reason is – we’ve been at work on a new initiative to make our service and information from Benton White Insurance more consistent and informative as we serve our friends, family & customers.  The time has come!

Social Media

Starting today, we are have upgraded our strategy to educate and serve folks with brief, timely and pertinent information on the BentonWhite.com website and blog!  The website is completely new, re-branded and customer service focused!  You can do immediate things from it like file a claim, contact our service department in real business hour time and spend as much time as you wish to clarify anything insurance with videos, a FAQ and much more.  This was a goal of mine for 2014 and thankfully, we are ahead of schedule.

I have hired a team of information specialists who will churn out the information, keep the website and blog relevant, easy to navigate and real!  We’re not trying to replace our most important asset and that is us and the service we personally offer.  The social media/information you can receive is an extension of us 24/7.  (We do have to sleep sometime!)

You can access our website on any instrument you have and the website formats to your screen.  Check us out on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.  Any shape, brand or color.  We’re there with what you need!

Here is our promise to you!  We WILL NOT bug you with material. We aren’t using social  media as a new sell you something tool.  We simply are here to inform, challenge, make who we are more real than just a logo name or a picture.  We’re living in a time where real time information is a must and many in the public want it yesterday.  So that is our purpose and goal for this new initiative.

Not many in the insurance agency world are doing what we are doing in social media / blogging and we intend to continue to be innovative in the a myriad of ways so we can serve the people who honor us by letting us handle their insurance.  As I’ve said many times during this 35 year career: “We can sell you a policy today but if we don’t service that policy and it’s buyer tomorrow and beyond, we’ve really accomplished very little!”  That’s not changing!
